This course is only open to authorized active First Responders (Law Enforcement Officers and Investigators, Corrections, Firefighters, Emergency Medical Personnel, and 911 Dispatchers). This seminar is not open to the public. Rally Point T.C. LLC reserves the right to refuse registrations and attendance.

Courses may be subject to cancellation without notice. Rally Point T.C. LLC will attempt to provide registrants with sufficient advanced notice of cancellations at least one week prior to scheduled course dates when possible. Rally Point T.C. LLC will refund registration fees if a seminar is cancelled by Rally Point T.C. LLC. Rally Point T.C. LLC is not responsible for travel costs/fees on behalf of any registrants or their employers regardless of whether or not the seminar is cancelled with or without notice.

Registration fees ensure reserved seats and training materials for the registered students/departments. Student cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to scheduled seminar dates for registration fees to be refunded.
